Capabilities

Everything a concours needs — nothing it doesn't.

Events & Classes

Curate each year as its own record. Classes, awards, sponsors, and scoresheets stay intact long after the trophies are packed away.

Scoresheet Templates

Define judging categories and the criteria that roll up to them. Every vehicle starts at a perfect score and is measured against the same standard.

Deduction-Based Scoring

Judges work on paper or a mobile device — their call. Category and overall scores compute themselves, exactly the way you'd tally them by hand.

Placements & Awards

Rank vehicles within each class by score, with configurable minimums for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Non-class awards capture the entry number and stand beside the rest of the record.

Sponsors

Assign a sponsor to any class or award. Fall back to the event's default sponsor where none is named. Every relationship is preserved with the event that made it.

Registrations & Imports

Pull vehicles and attendees from MotorsportReg, synced on a schedule you set. You're curating the entry list, not retyping it.

Built for the record books

Elegance you won't see — but will come to rely on.

Preserved, year over year.

Last year's classes don't leak into this year's; last year's sponsors stay assigned to last year's awards. Historical accuracy is a design decision, not a discipline.

A complete audit trail.

Every action — a class added, a score corrected, a winner named — is a timestamped record with the person behind it. Nothing is lost, nothing is unexplained.

Roles fit to the work.

Organizers configure, data-entry staff tally, judges score on paper or mobile. Each person sees exactly what they need and no more.

A Concours Day

From entry to awards, in four deliberate steps.

1

Register.

Vehicles and attendees sync in from MotorsportReg. Each one lands in its class with an entry number you can hand to a judge.

2

Judge.

Judges circulate with printed scoresheets or a mobile device, deducting against the criteria that matter for this event.

3

Tally.

Data-entry captures the deductions. Categories roll up to overall scores, class rankings take shape in real time.

4

Present.

Confirm winners, finalize results, and produce the order of presentation — ready for the podium.
